We do not collect your email address, your date of birth, your Aadhaar or PAN, your bank details, or your card details. We do not buy personal data from anyone.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with any other shop, and we do not upload our customer list to any advertising platform.

Our stores serve adults. We do not knowingly hold personal data about anyone under 18 as a customer in their own right, and we do not record dates of birth. We do not carry out advertising directed at children, and we do not track children. If you believe we hold data about a child, contact us and we will delete it.
This website uses one advertising measurement tool: Google Ads conversion tracking. It tells us how many people found us through an advertisement. It does not tell us who you are.
Nothing is stored on your device until you accept. When the site loads, advertising and analytics storage are switched off by default. If you choose Decline, or close the notice bar without choosing, they stay off.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the following rights. All of them are free.
You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and who we have shared it with.
If anything we hold is wrong, incomplete or out of date, tell us and we will correct or complete it.
You may ask us to delete your personal data. We will remove your name, contact details, address, sizes and preferences, and your message history.
Two things we must keep, and why:
You may nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to act. Ask at either store counter and we will record your nomination in writing.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or your request, tell the Data Protection Contact using any of the channels in section 1.
Reply STOP to any message from us, or tell us at either store counter. We stop immediately. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not affect anything else we do for you.
If we do not resolve your grievance to your satisfaction, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the authority established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We ask that you contact us first so we have the chance to put it right.
Please note: you are required to give correct information in your requests, and not to make false or frivolous complaints.
This website provides information about our two stores and lets you contact us or book a video shopping call or a home visit. Bookings are confirmed by our staff, not by the website.
We have been a 100% fixed-price store since 1996. Prices are confirmed at the store. This website does not display prices and does not process payments.
Stock, sizes, colours and designs shown or described here change constantly and are not a guarantee of availability. Please check with the store.
Purchases made at either store may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days, with the bill, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with tags attached. Purchases made through a home visit are final and are not eligible for exchange.
Where this site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or Instagram, those services have their own terms and privacy notices which we do not control.
If we change how we use personal data, we will publish an updated version of this page with a new version number and date. The current version is shown at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
